Something went wrong?
Fixes and questions.
01WordPress says the plugin needs a newer PHP version.
Ask your web host to switch your site to PHP 7.4 or newer. Most hosts do this from their control panel.
02The dashboard says “Loading your repair dashboard” and never finishes.
A security plugin may be blocking the WordPress REST API. Allow logged-in users to use it, then reload.
03I don’t see the PartsDue menu.
Make sure you are logged in as an administrator.
04How do I update?
Upload the new zip the same way and let WordPress replace the old version. Your jobs, customers and settings stay in place.
05What if I deactivate or delete it?
Deactivating stops reminders and hides the dashboard. Deleting also keeps your data in your database. To leave, download a copy first from Settings, then Your data. See Reports and export.
